Thundra is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She first appeared in Fantastic Four #129 (December 1972) and was created by Roy Thomas and John Buscema.
Thundra hails from an alternate future, the year 4140 of a matriarchal society where women rule and men are subservient warriors. She is a powerful warrior and feminist champion, specifically engineered for combat and possessing superhuman strength, stamina, and durability.
